Bag has not been received after many weeks....UPS do not have the bag from April 5th. seller said he would find out but no further contact. Numerous e-mails sent, only answered twice. I have asked for a refund at least 4 times as the bag will not be here in time for my holiday. Originally site says the bag will be posted within 3 working days....I just want my £158 refund
